Who We Are

Licensed Acupuncturist, EAMP

Erin understands that each person is unique and on their own transformative path to health and wellbeing. Some people are looking for a jump start, while others are looking for a gentle push. Some constitutions are strong and prefer strong treatments, while others are more delicate and need a gentle hand. If you are afraid of acupuncture, she has some tricks up her sleeve to make it a painless and relaxing experience - most patients even fall asleep!

Licensed Acupuncturist, EAMP

Nancy loves to use her acupuncture skills and techniques to help people along a path of self-healing and wellness. Remedies that promote health from within and that focus on the entire person are her passion. Often a state of good health can come from simple little changes that are natural and inherent in a person if we can provide in our treatment guidance to the body, mind and spirit to move toward
energetic balance and harmony. Being able to assist people in feeling better and moving toward a healthy life makes her job a joy.

Erin and Nancy will meet you where you are in your healing process and will work with you to help your body and mind become more balanced and pain free.  The body's capabilities to heal itself are truly phenomenal and with the use of acupuncture and Chinese medicine to stimulate the different healing mechanisms in the body, you will be on the way to feeling your best!

Erin is amazing.

I recently moved to the area, and was in need of an acupuncture expert! The space is quiet and tranquil. The table is heated which is a nice touch and the music helps you relax. I'm terrified of needles and can't even look at them, but she is so gentle you barely even feel them go in.

I left feeling relaxed and restored. So happy I found her.

I had reached a plateau on healing several chronic issues when I discovered Nancy Sherman and acupuncture.  Her thoughtful approach, understanding my particular issues, and her careful application of treatment were keys to unlocking positive changes in my body.  She allayed any apprehensions by our first meeting, answered all questions thoroughly, and I found myself so comfortable and trusting in her care, and so thrilled with the results, that I am now disappointed in the fact that I no longer require the same frequency of visits.

“I am a firm believer in the benefits of Acupuncture. After years of chronic back pain; trying massage, physical therapy, chiropractic care, using prescription pain medication and muscle relaxants, I was finally able to get permanent relief from acupuncture. I noticed significant improvement after only one visit. Acupuncture has helped with the back pain, jaw pain due to stress and grinding, hand pain related to computer use, and a knee injury. I love Nancy Paine Sherman, she is an excellent listener, she listens with empathy and sincerity.

Erin is my fourth acupuncturist that I have experienced in my life and she does it best. The experience is the most relaxing and pleasant as soon as you walk in. There is tea as soon as you walk in which immediately helps begin relaxing for the treatment.

The needles are very gentle which I haven't experienced before.

Erin is very down to earth and personable which makes you able to talk about everything that is an issue. She focuses a lot on nutrition as well which I personally find very important and she sells a line of natural supplements right there.

Her cost is very reasonable for the treatment and she does accept insurance. I have gone to acupuncturists for immune system issues such as allergies; stress and anxiety health issues; digestion; fatigue; circulation issues in my hands and feet. Erin cures all.
